Privacy Rights Request

Use this page to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, targeted advertising opt-out, or other privacy rights depending on your location.
1. How to submit a request
Email Support@riseforge.co.in with the subject line Privacy Rights Request.
Submit by Email2. Information to include
- Your full name and email address.
- Your country/state of residence.
- The request type: access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, objection, restriction, targeted advertising opt-out, or other.
- Enough detail for us to locate your information, such as form submission date, business name, phone number, or project name.
3. Verification
We may request additional information to verify your identity or authority to act on behalf of someone else. We will only use verification information for request handling.
4. Response timing
We aim to respond within a reasonable time and within legally required timelines where applicable. Some requests may be denied or limited where legal, tax, security, contract, dispute, or technical reasons apply.
5. Authorized agents
Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent. We may request proof of authorization and verification of the data subject's identity.
