Financial Incentive Notice

This page is included for California/US privacy-readiness. At present, RiseForge does not operate a loyalty program, rewards program, paid discount program, or financial incentive program that offers different pricing or service quality in exchange for personal information.
1. Current status
RiseForge may offer free audits, trial offers, discounts, or promotional pricing from time to time. These are not intended to be financial incentives in exchange for selling, sharing, or monetizing personal information.
2. If a financial incentive program is introduced
If RiseForge later introduces a program that qualifies as a financial incentive or price/service difference under applicable privacy law, this notice should be updated before launch to explain:
- The material terms of the program.
- How users can opt in.
- How users can withdraw.
- The categories of personal information involved.
- A good-faith estimate of the value of the data and how that value is calculated.
